Academy Internet and Site Visibility merge
By Rosie Sherry • Feb 14th, 2008 • Category: BusinessAcademy Internet’s parent company Academy Learning has announced it is merging with Site Visibility, a search marketing agency. The combined business is hoped to become one of the top 15 search marketing agencies in the UK.
AI chief executive Jason Woodford announced, “This investment is one further step in our mission to become one of the UK’s leading digital agencies. I am delighted to welcome both Damon to the AI Board and his experienced team into AI. Site Visibility boasts an impressive customer list with high levels of customer satisfaction and we have already experienced an excellent cultural fit and business synergy. ”
This merger is proving Brighton is fast becoming a hub for Search Marketing. Last year Spannerworks was acquired by iCrossing, a US leader in digital marketing. Leapfrogg is also a young and vibrant contender in the local search marketing Brighton hub.
