Spec as follows:

We are looking for experienced, talented programmers to work with us on a freelance basis to begin with but with a view to joining our team on full time contracts. Obviously, a good knowledge of social media would be useful in this role.

Applicants should have the following skills:

At least 3 years commercial experience of Object Oriented PHP 4/5 development Apache, MySQL, SVN (Version Control), Good programming practices are essential, as would practical experience of building applications with scalability in mind.

Understanding Standards compliant XHTML/CSS would be an advantage.

Knowledge of Symfony (http://www.symfony-project.org/) will be helpful but not necessary.

Salary negotiable - dependent on experience.
